Global Marketing Procurement Manager - London (Hybrid) - £70,000-£78,000 + package

A leading Fortune 500 business is currently investing significantly in their global procurement function and seek a strong Global Marketing Procurement Manager to join their team in Central London and shape future marketing procurement strategy.

A new vision for global procurement is currently being implemented following a period of transformation aimed at improving procurement capability and technology deployment across the global business. Key goals for the procurement function now include impactful senior stakeholder engagement (Director up to VP) across all regional locations, effective requirement gathering across disparate stakeholder communities in order to oversee all key supplier relationships, and leading sourcing initiatives across Marketing spend globally.

The role reports into a Global Procurement Director who has been implementing a new procurement target operating model which will increase the impact of the procurement function and their reach & influence with stakeholders across multiple business units.

ESG is a crucial area of responsibility as the organization attacks it's ESG commitments to drive long-term value and competitive advantage. Consequently, your role will be key in shaping broader ESG strategy and ensuring that broader goals are delivered with purpose and across the board.

Key Skills required:

• 5-7 years' Marketing procurement experience and managing multimillion spends at a regional or global level.
• Communication: the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across the global business
• Prior experience implementing strategic change within the Marketing category.
