£40,000 - £65,000/annum Flexible and Hybrid Working.

As a Building Surveyor, you will be provided the opportunity to build relationships with key clients within a multi-disciplinary Consultancy firm. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, playing a key role in shaping the future of the company.

Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparation and issue of technical reports according to the corporate style.
  • Undertaking site visits for inspection and monitoring purposes.
  • Consultation with leaseholders, designers, contractors, managing agents and solicitors.
  • Supporting the business development/marketing team by providing contacts, and input into the fee proposal process, plus an active social media presence to promote our services and maintain our profile in the sector.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in the Built Environment.
  • Degree or equivalent in Building Surveying / Building Conservation or Construction-related subject.
  • Highly computer literate (Microsoft skills essential).
  • Have experience in using social media, especially LinkedIn.
