CRM Manager Overview: Forsyth Barnes have partnered with an eTail leader in their space, on the search for a CRM Manager, focussed on CRM, Loyalty and Customer Marketing. The business are an online service / shop with an excellent presence and record of growth.

Technology is at the forefront of their business, internally and externally – they are constantly looking for ways to improve and innovate and operate in a structured, fast paced environment.

As the CRM Manager, you will have responsibility across a range of customer, loyalty and CRM projects throughout the business, driving increase loyalty and customer returns. You must understand the customer and be able to develop a programme of SMS, Email, Web and other touchpoints.

CRM Manager Requirements:
• 4+ years experience in a CRM focussed role (Loyalty, Customer Marketing, CRM, Insight)
• Experience with CRM platforms – well known or bespoke
• Data and insight minded – ability to provide insight from complex information
• Stakeholder management – ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
• Ability to translate data into actionable insight and customer marketing plans
