The recruitment group are currently recruiting a Store Manager for our fantastic Textiles client based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that truly cares about there staff and offers a great working environment. Our client is looking for a candidate with 5 years retail experience and a track record of having excellent visual merchandising skills. In this role you will be responsible for between 2-4 staff members and proven leadership skills will be required. Duties of the role will include:
- Being responsible for all stock, deliveries and pricing
- Stock management
- Motivate team to meet store targets
- To be responsible for profitability of the shop
- Implementing merchandising strategies
- Offer exceptional customer service at all times
The successful store manager must:
- Have great attention to detail
- Have the ability to work to deadlines
- Be a team player
- Be organised
- Have strong customer service and communication skills
- Have strong leadership skills
