True Consulting are partnered with a specialist ventilation distributor who are looking to appoint a Branch Manager in its busy Birmingham branch. Operating as part of a large, national group, this branch supplies a vast range of ventilation products, from components, to ductwork, to MVHR units. Having operated for over 25 years, the business has developed an exemplary reputation for providing service and its products to Installers across the residential and commercial sector. 

The Branch Manager will be responsible for all areas of the branch such as operations, sales support and customer service. They will be working closely with the Director on P&L budgets, developing, and optimizing sales strategy to ensure targets are met. This will involve monitoring and analysing performance metrics of the branch and finding ways to improve this. 

The Branch Manager will be responsible for a small team of 7, consisting of drivers, sales processors, admin and warehouse staff. As the team grows, the Branch Manager will play a key role in the recruitment process and strategy. 

Ideally, the Branch Manager will have experience in the distribution / wholesaler sector dealing with building products. This could be plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical goods or similar products. 

This role would a Branch Manager with several years’ experience running a busy wholesale branch but equally, we will consider any Assistant Branch Manager’s looking to step up. 

The Branch Manager will receive: 

• £45,000 to £60,000 
• Performance based bonus
