Head of Sales Overview:
Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a well established and scaling luxury fragrance brand. The business are renowned for their range of quality, luxury fragrances and product sold worldwide. They are now on the search for a Head of Sales to lead the sales division and strategy. Successful candidates will have experience across UK & International markets alongside experience working with large Retailers and distributors, worldwide. You will bring a structured approach to sales and successfully promoted business growth and sales.

Head of Sales Responsibilities:
• Define, animate and enforce the commercial strategy to achieve the objectives
• Implement all the necessary means to develop the turnover while respecting the P&L
• Define, negotiate and optimize the budget of each customer account according to the commercial strategy and in compliance with the P&L;
• Develop strong relationships and partnerships with key accounts
• Develop strategies and tactics to improve account- and door-level productivity.
• Review, report and negotiate all space and location opportunities
• Track sales and forecasting, monitor targets/plans for result, activities, and actions in order to achieve goals
• Prospect new markets

Head of Sales Requirements:
• Experience within the Luxury industry or related field
• Proven experience with distributors, partners and retailers (ideally well-established department stores and retailers.
• International experience – UK & wider markets
• Must be an excellent leader, a strong negotiator, communicator, highly-organized with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Bringing a structured approach to the sales division and strategy
• Connections with previous suppliers and distributors
