Customer Services Advisor - Fast Track Career Progression within 12 Months!! 

Full-Time – Permanent – Hybrid working (1 day working from home)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm (No Evenings or Bank holidays)

Basic Salary: £26,000.00 Per Annum Plus MONTHLY Bonus (OTE £29,000.00 to £40,000.00 Per Annum)

Our very well established, market leading client is looking for an enthusiastic and initiative-taking Customer Services Advisor to join their office team as a Customer Service Advisor with fast-track progression to a Senior member of the team with fantastic financial rewards. Customer Services Advisor Role:

• Sales order processing and Office Administration
• Handling customer queries via email inbox and telephone
• Processing invoices
• Building rapport and relationships with business customers across the UK
• Processing documentation of all relevant information
• Proactively search for new business online resulting in monthly bonus
• Regular update customer records and orders
• Effective communication with internal colleagues
• Undertake other ad hoc duties and responsibilities for assigned by your manager
• Work to deadlines and service level agreements
• Demonstrate proactiveness with ability to work in a fun busy environment as a Customer Services Advisor

Customer Service Candidate:

• Previous Customer Service experience is essential gained via a office or retail based environment
• An enthusiastic and confident personality
• A ‘natural ability’ to instantly develop a conversational relationship
• Self-motivated with the hunger and desire achieve results.
