We are currently recruiting for a part time 22.5 hour a week Social Media and Content Executive. For this role you'll be a really creative person that can transform ideas into amazing concepts and content. We’re looking for someone with good photography, videography and editing skills and able to create and post outstanding content from concept to publish. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing their brand presence and engaging with our audience across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

This is a part time permanent hybrid role. Monday to Friday 9.30-2.30. Salary £35k pro rata.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Content Creation:

Create and develop compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, that aligns with brand identity and values.

Curate user-generated content and collaborate with influencers to showcase  products in an authentic and relatable manner.

Social Media Management:

Execute social media strategies to grow their online community and increase brand awareness and engagement.

Manage day-to-day activities on their social media channels, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries and comments promptly.

Monitor social media trends and analyse performance metrics to optimize content and drive engagement.

Campaign Planning and Execution

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.

Manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, including producing creative, campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.

Community Engagement:

Foster meaningful relationships with their  online community by actively participating in conversations, addressing feedback, and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Identify opportunities for user-generated content, collaborations, and partnerships to further amplify their brand presence.

Brand Advocacy:

Serve as a brand ambassador for their brand, embodying their values and maintaining a strong, positive presence across social media platforms.

Monitor and manage online reputation by addressing any issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications and Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in related field

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative content ideas.

• Analytical skills to track and analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines

• Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and staying updated on industry trends.

Must be Proficient in:

• Canva Pro

• Video Editing tools such as CapCut

• Social Media Planning tools i.eHootsuite/Later/Planoly/Loomly

• Meta Ad Manager

• Tiktok Ad Manager
