Position Overview:

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead our bridal boutique team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of bridal and occasion dress sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving sales, and ensuring our customers have an unforgettable shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and goals.

Identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions with emphasis on the brand.

Proficient in capturing and managing customer data for marketing purposes.

Provide guidance, training, and support to sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Ensure the store maintains a well-stocked and organized inventory of dresses and accessories.

Oversee sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Participate in bridal events, trunk shows, and promotional activities to promote the store and drive sales.

Stay updated on bridal trends and industry developments to advise customers and keep the store's product offerings current.

Manage administrative tasks, including appointment bookings, customer order processing, and inventory management.

Maintain shop floor standards, ensuring the store is tidy, organized, and visually appealing.

Conduct fittings with booked clients, demonstrating excellent time management skills.

Monitor and analyse store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Handle customer complaints and inquiries, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in bridal and occasional dress sales is essential.

Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for fashion and style.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.

Have full work permission in the UK.
