Overview

We are recruiting for a fast growing supermarket that is passionate about growing their team and delivering great service to their customers to create long lasting relationships.

Ideal Candidate 

• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
• Previous experience in fast moving consumer goods
• Experience in a fast paced supermarket environment
• Confident in carrying out hands on tasks
• Passionate about retail and building strong teams

The Role – Key Responsibilities 

• Assist the Store Manager and Deputy Manager with staff rotas, shift arrangements, absences, and sick leaves management
• Oversee and supervise day-to-day operations of all departments including distributing the workload evenly and that motivation and performance levels are maintained.
• Support Store Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the store operations are kept at the Company’s standards, acts on behalf of the Store Management Team when the Store Manager and Deputy Manager is absent.
• Ensure all staff members are trained and compliant with EPOS guidelines
• Ensure the store is organised, clean and attractive to customers at all times.

Commutable Locations: Colindale, Finchley, Stanmore, Edgware
