Job Title: Store Manager 
Location: Epsom
Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum plus bonus

They are a people focused business looking for highly capable Managers with exceptional leadership skills who passionately deliver performance through their people.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you have a keen desire to learn and are currently working within a leadership role within the Retail or Hospitality sector.

As a Store Manager you will have total responsibility for leading and developing your team to exceed targets and expectations.

• You will thrive on developing your team to deliver first class customer service and excel in driving your stores sales performance

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store and the team
• You will take control and get fast, impressive results through your team
• You will communicate effectively and resolve problems with clear direction
• You’ll always lead by example - rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done. It’s how you’ll encourage everyone else to give that little bit more
• You’ll make sure that customer journey is at the heart of everything you do and every decision you make
