The care assistant duties include:
·         Assist residents with their daily routines, including personal care, mealtimes, and activities.
·         Create a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment for our residents.
·         Work in partnership with our healthcare team to provide the highest standard of personalised care.
·         Develop strong relationships with our residents, helping them to lead fulfilling lives.
