Major Recruitment Watford are looking for Trainee Merchandisers to join to a fantastic design company based in Watford. This entry level position offers an excellent opportunity to someone looking to get into a career within Merchandising.

As a Trainee Merchandiser, you will:

• Communicating with different internal offices, obtaining quotes & negotiating prices for products.
• Collaborating with designers, production teams & sales teams to ensure efficient processes.
• Assist in analysing sales performances & market trends
• Forecasting sales & inventory needs to ensure optimal stock levels
• Help manage the product development path.
• Help courier materials to different offices, ensuring they arrive on time.
• Manage all merchandising administration on systems & Excell.
• Prepare showroom & attend meetings, taking notes & feeding back to the team.

A successful Trainee Merchandiser will have:

• A background in Merchandising, Fashion or Business Administration within a professional environment or as a degree.
• Proficient within Excell.
• Excellent time management & organisational skills
• Ability to work independently
