As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Meeting and exceeding both your personal sales targets and store targets as set by the Senior Leadership Team.
• training and developing your team through performance management, support, and motivation.
• You will develop and manage your own personal client portfolio and are expected to have regular contact with them to create sales opportunities.
• You will need to be a proactive self-starter and enjoy engaging with existing and potential clients both over the phone and in person.
• You will take an active role in the merchandising of the store and the presentation of the products
• You will also play a pivotal role in the success of marketing events at the store

This is an important appointment, which will offer the successful candidate a broad and exciting role, covering all aspects of sales, including both face-to-face and account management.
