Vacancy based at Caernarfon Road, Bangor LL57 4SU (NEW STORE Opening MAY 2024)
Hours of work: 42+ Hours per week/Store Rota/5 out of 7 days
Job Purpose: To support a team of Sales Consultants to continually develop, coordinate and improve the Sales Performance within their base store. Delivering a high level of Customer Service, business focus and high communication skills. Proven Personal Sales performance and sales management of their team, with a good record of target achievement. A Natural ability to lead a team.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Deliver a high standard of administration to reduce errors, and achieve good store order accuracy – ensure all administration is completed according to company procedure. This includes cash management and stock control activities.
- Controlling inventory to ensure sufficient stock, daily, weekly and monthly counts, promotions rotated and changed by season.
- To support the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Managing and overseeing shop operations, ensuring efficient functioning of the shop.
- Implementing human resource duties including recruiting, training and firing, managing schedules and assigning responsibilities.
- To ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure that the store is well merchandised, to maintain to the highest standards.
- Take full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day operations of your store, ensuring all health and safety and due diligence is adhered to.

- A positive “can do” approach, creating a positive team atmosphere, with a culture of continual improvement
Job Requirements:
- Weekend & occasional evening trading is essential to the business, flexible hours & weekend work are required.
- Use of company I.T. equipment to complete “Daily office Work”, stock taking and ordering. Comfortable with PC’s, Tills, email and Microsoft Excel.
- Good timekeeping and effective time management, and great problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding standards of communication with customers and other employees.
- Commitment, being self-motivated, and results focussed. Willingness to be continuously on the go, working alongside your team.
- Ability to coach and train other team members.
Salary: £26,500 per year while training. Once training is complete and you are fully competent in running the store salary will increase to £30,000
