The role;
An exciting opportunity to make sure packaging projects run smoothly. A driven technologist is required to be part of a £multi-million organisation providing high quality products to UK consumers.
The role;
- Working closely with technical and NPD teams you will co-ordinate supplier relationships to ensure packaging formats meet technical requirements and customer specifications.
- Deliver new packaging solutions as well as re-develop existing formats to deliver process or cost improvements.
- Identify and support with the development of sustainable packaging commitments
- Experience gained within the FMCG, Retail or food manufacturing sector is essential
- You should demonstrate a sound technical knowledge and understand how packaging impacts on the functionality, technical and commercial performance of the product (shelf life, cost, customer specification etc).
- Project Management experience will be highly advantageous
