Finance Manager - Food Manufacturing
Perm - Full Time
Up to £45,000 - depending on the level of experience
- Preparation of accurate monthly management accounts, variance analysis and board reports
- Responsible for the reconciliation of accounts receivables and accounts payable
- Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations and posting of accruals, prepayment and provisions
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Preparing financial information for annual external audit
- Develop, implement, and improve financial procedures appropriate to the organisation
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Day to day management of the finance team and stepping in to provide cover when necessary
- Supporting the ongoing development of the finance team
- Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
- Maintain and support development of internal IT systems
Support Directors with various ad hoc requirements.
