Procurement Manager - Indirect Spend
Based in Leeds (Hybrid - 3 Days in office)
Salary c£50,000 plus bonus
12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Grafton Recruitment are working with a large international manufacturing organisation to appoint a procurement professional to manage their UK indirect spend. You will be involved in tendering, and re-negotiating as existing agreements come to an end, and also identifying opportunities for savings across the breadth of the services (IT, professional services, facilities and capex spend), and providing better terms with suppliers.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract roles, however it offers the opportunity to gain great experience in a large and sophisticated procurement environment. The role will be based in their Leeds offices.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of indirects procurement, ideally across a broad set of services based categories.
• Delivering against procurement strategy.
• Experience of creating RFQ's and RFP's, and tendering documents.
• Experience of negotiating terms and contracts.
• Managing and advising internal stakeholders on the procurement process.
• Identifying and delivering cost savings on services based categories.
• Managing supplier performance.
