Supply Chain Analyst - Springvale, Belfast - Up to £21/hr - Inside IR35 - 12 Month initial contract - 4 day week (Mon to Thurs)

The Supply Chain Analyst will work in a busy but enriching environment as part of a global company using cutting-edge tool systems. The expanse and scope of this role will increase your exposure to many different areas, such as logistics and transportation, and broaden your horizons within the supply chain. Minimal travel is required.

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you are a part of the wider supply chain team, involving all aspects of the role, from material planning to production scheduling. Some of your primary duties will include:

• Ensuring the timely delivery of materials to the facility.
• Collaborating with suppliers to coordinate deliveries, shipping schedules, and work schedules to meet facility production plans.
• Customer collaboration to create work schedules for the facility production.
• Performing work to improve point-of-use material availability, applying root cause analysis and corrective actions.

To apply for this Supply Chain Analyst position, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:

• College or University degree relating to Supply Chain would be desirable but essential.
• High level proficiency with Excel
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organisation, and communication skills.
• Strong Analytical problem solving skills.
• Knowledge and/or experience in material control, logistics, purchasing, and inventory control.
• A high degree of self-motivation and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
