SOURCING & SUPPLIER MANAGER - GLOBAL LUXURY GOODS - NORFOLK - £50K + PACKAGE

I've partnered with a global, award-winning brand specialising in sustainable luxury goods to recruit a supplier manager to support the business on continuing their ambitious development and growth plans. This is a multifaceted role, managing suppliers across all product categories, including jewellery, leather goods, homeware and assay).

The Supplier Manager will have excellent interpersonal, organisation and commercial skills to be able to effectively manage and support the supply partners to ensure that products are produced, delivered on time and in line with high standards of quality and sustainability.

The Supplier Manager will be responsible for:

• Regular communication to the wider New Product Development (NPD) team any relevant supplier updates/information
• Manage weekly supplier meetings, driving the agenda in line with agreed priorities with time bound actions
• Manage preparation, data collection, analysis &amp, output of Supplier Annual Business Performance reviews
• Owning the robust onboarding process for any new sources
• Managing any Special Projects against a given brief eg. product components, new product categories
• Work closely with our Merchandising team to understand our forecasting and monthly buy plan and forecast process. Drilling down on this data monthly, to validate the information, reporting back with observations and proposals. Using this data to flag any impact pertaining to supplier capacities.
• Actively identify / propose any opportunities for product cost savings

The Supplier Manager will:

• Have a demonstrated background in sourcing and supply management, within a consumer goods space - ideally within luxury goods but this is not essential.
• Be a self-starter, ability to work autonomously and self-directed
• Have strong project management skills with excellent critical path tracking from concept to project delivery

Due to the nature of the role and the visibility required to multiple teams, this role will be office based, in Holkham, 4 days per week.
