Kasmir Associates are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive for our leading fashion client in the Lake District.  You will play a pivotal role in driving their digital marketing initiatives. Your role will focus on managing social media, crafting email campaigns, and collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling content. With responsibilities in budget management and campaign analysis, you'll need a blend of creativity and analytical skills.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about fashion retail marketing, eager to make a significant impact and be based in the heart of the beautiful Lake District.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage effective email marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Social Media Management: Independently manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, creating engaging content that aligns with our brand.
  • Partnerships: Identify and foster strategic partnerships that complement our brand and extend our market reach – affiliate partnerships (content providers, linked providers)
  • Facebook Ads: The creation and oversight of impactful ad campaigns.
  • Campaign Creation & Development: Conceptualize and implement creative marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand's story – email and social media
  • Content Development: Brief and lead the development of content in collaboration with our creative team, including graphic designers and photographers, ensuring all content aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
  • CRM Management: Efficiently use our CRM system to augment marketing strategies and customer relation – Klaviyo (use for the database marketing) & Navision
  • The role will be 80% digital marketing and 20% content creation

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (ideal)
  • Ideally 2 years plus of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the fashion retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector.
  • Proven skills as a copywriter, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our audience.
  • Thorough understanding of social media platforms and current digital marketing trends (experience of Meta advertising is beneficial).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinking abilities, with strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated self-reliance and independence in project management and decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Budgeting & Financial Analysis: Demonstrable experience in managing budgets and conducting financial analysis. Strong numeracy skills, with the ability to allocate and optimize resources efficiently, and effectively analyse and interpret financial data to inform marketing strategies – managing marketing spend
