Bathroom Sales Representative

£30k + £5k car allowance + uncapped bonus

We have an exciting opportunity for a career driven Bathroom Sales Advisor to join our client based in Hertfordshire.

My client is a well-established bathroom company who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and a high quality product. They now have an opportunity for a Sales Representative to cover the Hertfordshire area.

Working from a small showroom you will predominantly be field based, attending pre qualified sales appointments at customers properties. You will spend time establishing the customers needs before designing and selling a solution to suit their requirements.

Target driven with a strong customer service led approach this role involves:

• Attending qualified appointments (no cold calling)
• Understanding customer needs
• Designing a bathroom to suit those needs
• Identifying sales opportunities
• Developing and maintaining the brand
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets

The successful candidate will be an experienced and highly motivated individual with the desire to achieve and exceed targets.

With a proven track record in a B2C sales role you will have strong organisation and excellent communication skills. You will hvae the ability to build rapport with customers and to really understand their needs. Providing a high level of customer service throughout the process is paramount to this role. Previous experience in selling bathrooms is desirable but applications will also be considered from those with general B2C sales experience.

My client is offering a basic starting salary of £30k plus £5k car allowance and a competitive bonus structure.
