My client is currently seeking an experienced part-time Store Manager to join their growing team in Newcastle-under-Lyme. You will be playing a vital role in the business, as you will be located on-site in a stand-alone role, but will be part of a wider team of Store Managers.

Duties:

• Opening and closing the store each day
• Dealing with customer enquiries
• Training and developing staff
• Regular stock management
• Assisting with merchandising and window displays
• General administration

Person Specification:

• Previous customer service/retail experience
• Professional and personable manner
• Able to work under pressure and to timescales
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Positive attitude
• A valid DBS check would advantageous

Hours of work will be Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday 12.30pm - 5pm (13.5 hours per week), however during peak times you will be required to work additional hours, so flexibility is paramount.

Due to the client's location having your own transport would be beneficial.
