Agratas are looking for Senior Indirect Buyers to join us within the UK Indirect Procurement team based in Coventry, UK to support the construction of our recently announced state of the art, multibillion pound battery Gigafactory in Somerset. The role will support the delivery of one of the largest ever investments in the UK automotive sector

We are looking for people with experience within the following disciplines:

· Capex

· Architecture, Civil, PEB

· IT & Logistics Services

· HR and Administration

· MEP and Utility

This will require individuals with an open and positive ‘can do’ mindset, who will require the ability and/or the desire to design and build new process’, policies, systems and tools needed to deliver our procurement objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

· Create and execute strategic sourcing plans for indirect procurement, in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

· Coordinate with stakeholders for PR, Approvals and releasing PO’s.

· Manage self-activity planning and sort priorities as per deadlines required to suit the organisations objectives.

· Being accountable for the negotiation, delivery and management of contracts and complex commercial terms & conditions.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.

· Strong project management and leadership skills.

· Solid judgment with ability to make good decisions

· Strong Communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

· Demonstrated experience within an indirect Procurement environment required, within one of the above disciplines.
