The successful Talent Acquisition Assistant will be responsible for:
- Supporting the HR team in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinating with department heads to understand talent needs
- Maintaining and updating personnel records in line with GDPR guidelines
- Assisting in the organisation of HR-related events and training sessions
- Answering employee queries about HR-related issues
- Participating in ad-hoc HR projects
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations
Profile
A successful Talent Acquisition Assistant should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS or HRMS)
- Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making
- Good understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
