This role is pivotal to providing excellent customer service by engaging and understanding the needs of the customer, applying expert product knowledge, and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.

SALARY & BENEFITS

• £26,500
• Monday-Sunday (5 days a week, one weekend day every other week)
• Shifts: 8am - 4pm, 9am - 6pm, 10am-7pm
• Braintree, Great Notley
• Permanent, Full-Time

THE JOB

• Answering incoming calls, emails, and call backs
• Completing administration tasks
• Process customer queries in a polite manner
• Assisting all teams with calls and tasks when required
• Liaise with third-party suppliers
