Human Rights Project / Programme Manager
Location - UK, Remote
Interim - lengthy engagement, outside IR35
Long term interim/contract opportunity for a Human Rights Project / Programme Manager to support a FTSE listed Iconic UK brand as they continue to embark on their Sustainability programme.
This role will be pivotal in leading, shaping and delivering a enterprise wide Human Rights programme for the organisation. This role will work closely with Sustainability leaders and business stakeholders across the business looking at delivering on the procurement side of sustainability and responsible sourcing.
We're looking for someone that has delivered a sizeable project which would also include the implementation of due diligence systems, and operational controls around modern slavery.
Key experience -
- Proven experience in a Project or Programme Management focused role delivering across a Human Rights initiative.
- First class communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experienced with the procurement side of sustainability and responsible sourcing.
- Knowledge across due diligence systems and operational controls considering Modern Slavery
