Description

The successful Data Analyst will;

• Analysing large data sets to identify trends and patterns
• Providing insights to the wider business based on data analysis
• Developing and maintaining dashboards for business reporting
• Working closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive business decisions
• Implementing data governance and ensuring data integrity
• Assisting in the development of new business strategies based on data insights
• Collaborating with the IT department to ensure data systems meet business needs
• Continuously improving analytics processes and methodologies

Profile

The successful Data Analyst will have;

• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills (Data Connections, Power Query, Power Pivot)
• Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools
• Google Analytics (GA4), Python, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib experiences would be desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a simple and understandable way

Job Offer

• A generous salary in the range of £36,000 to £40,000 per annum
• Enhanced annual holiday allowance of 25 days plus 8 bank holidays
• Flexibility to choose working hours between 8 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm from Monday to Thursday and 8 am-4 pm on Fridays
