Responsibilities: 

• Manage email inbox, respond to customer queries, update pricing, and provide relevant information to clients and consumers.
• Support marketplace listing creation for increased organic sales.
• Monitor third-party sellers, enforce policies, and take corrective actions.
• Provide ad hoc reports and data to management.
• Upload new products and ensure accurate descriptions and images.
• Maintain and optimise current listings for maximum effectiveness.
• Monitor reviews and troubleshoot issues.
• Research trends and best practices in eCommerce.
• Analyse performance metrics to boost sales.
• Optimise ads for improved ROI.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance product ratings.
