Business Development Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join this growing retail group as a Business Development Manager. We are looking for sales focused individual who can operate with a large degree of autonomy working in a multi-site environment. This is a field based role that will cover Manchester and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the existing customer base, identifying and developing potential customers and driving new business.
- Drive growth across the business in all form of paint provision, including designer, decorative and industrial
- Engagement with customers, driving sales plans to ensure we are the first choice with our existing customers.
- Provide a tailored solution to each branch's 'Top' customers.
- Working closely with the branch manager to create a plan to develop the 15 growth potential customers as identified by each branch.
- Ensure opportunities are identified, followed up and secured
