Vehicle Off Road Executive

Job Description: 

Focus on all areas related to VOR (Vehicles Off Road) to maximise profit for the business whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service and loyalty by reducing the average downtime of vehicles that are off the road. Effectively manage the downtime to ensure minimal repercussions to customers’ operations and reduce or eliminate the financial implications this can have.

Monday to Friday, based in the office.

8.30am – 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with dealers and garages to ensure the best outcome in any given situation.

• Acting as the first point of contact for all VOR queries.

• Evaluate and provide recommendations for improvements to existing systems.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of vehicle repairs.

• Be responsible for all administration associated with each VOR case i.e. updating database records.

• Effectively manage time to ensure workload remains up to date.

• Provide agreed VOR updates in line with business and customer KPIs and SLAs.

• Challenge network providers in a way that minimises downtime.

Skills required:

• Comprehensive administration skills.

• Be confident / comfortable liaising with dealerships / manufacturers.

• Be highly organised and ensure tasks are prioritised.

• Good negotiation skills.

• Preferred but not essential: technical skills, knowledge and experience of vehicle repair.

Ideally we would like someone with relevant experience, and if they have experience of dealing with Insurance claims that would be a massive bonus.
