Sales Consultant - Hair Transplants

Location: City Centre, Manchester

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year + Generous commission with OTE £60,000

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time, Hours 9 - 5.30 with some Saturdays required

What will you be doing?

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one consultations to potential clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting hair loss consultations, helping prospects select the right treatment and payment plans
• Developing and maintaining relationships with potential and current clients, ensuring a high quality of service is always maintained
• Listening to concerns, identifying solutions, and providing a positive experience for clients throughout their journey
• Keeping accurate reports for the Regional Director

What skills and qualifications do you need?

• Excellent sales, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal
• A background in selling high value services within a similar industry. This role would suit someone from aesthetics, beauty or related.
• Competency in using CRM systems
• A professional and customer service-oriented mindset
• Highly organised, disciplined, and proactive, with a strong work ethic
• Professional stature and high standard of personal presentation
• Driven and self-motivated
