About the Role

In the role of Seasonal Plant Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing and guiding your team to deliver exceptional customer service, creating a distinctive and memorable experience for customers. With a genuine sense of ownership and empowerment, you will play a pivotal role in driving both sales and profitability.

What will you need?

Preferably possess experience in Garden Centres or Horticulture.

Demonstrate extensive plant knowledge

Capable of identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities

Proficient in managing stock throughout the entire cycle within the centre

Be able to use the Epos system

Have excellent communication skills

Demonstrate keen attention to detail
