Our client is a well-known, up-market social stationery company, that is building and expanding its dynamic and creative team where individual strengths can be showcased!

Due to expansion, they are currently looking to appoint a Luxury Sales Advisor to build and maintain relationships with some of their high-profile clients.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to discuss confidently with customers product and pricing options
• Professional and approachable
• Analytical skills for analysing clients’ data
• Familiarity with relevant software, including Microsoft Office
• Outstanding problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Advanced negotiation and motivational skills
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills

What will your role look like?

• Establish and nurture relationships with past and potential customers
• Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s various products and services
• Ensure the customer receives a service which is second to none
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
• Work with customers to create bespoke products
• Manage your own diary to ensure effective time management
