What does this mean for me? Well, you will be working underneath a knowledgeable Plant Manager who has progressed through the company themselves.

What will I be doing?

This role is not going to be like a Plant Area Supervisor anywhere else in the industry, we mean it when we say no two days are the same.

As Plant Area Supervisor you will be assisting in the running of the outdoor area of the Garden Centre which includes planning and supervising staff in the daily running of the plant area. Making sure that all the stock is clearly on show with pricing, mixed with replenishment and merchandising. You will also deputise when the Plant Area Manager is absent.

You'll already be working in a plant area. You might be a supervisor who needs a bigger challenge or a senior horticulturist who wants to take a step up, either way, we want to hear from you!

If you've got the management experience that's great. If you don't, we'll train you.
