• Strong commercial/business acumen.

• A team player mentality, be able to work with a small team and build strong and collaborative relationships across the whole business.

• Excellent communication skills

• Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to convince others and influence outcomes

• Strong problem analysis, judgement and decision-making skills.
