Area to be covered: National – ideally located Midlands

Remuneration: £40,000-£45,000 basic £60,000 uncapped OTE

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Heat Pumps and Renewables will involve:

• Field sales role promoting an exclusively distribution range of ground source and air source heat pumps as well as MVHR, heat exchangers, manifolds, pipes and fittings
• Selling into plumbing and heating contractors and installers
• Technical role in which you will need to utilize training center based at our clients’ West Midlands office
• National remit, but one day per week at West Midlands office
• Typical project sizes from £10,000-£20,000
• Inheriting an installer customer of list of approx. 35-50 relationships
• New business focused role, in which you will be expected to grow the plumbing and heating installer base

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Heat Pumps and Renewables experience with:

• Plumbing and heating industry field sales experience
• Must have sold to plumbing & heating contractors/ installers
• Technically capable
• New business hunter
• Relationship builder
• Outgoing personality
• Team player
• Specific knowledge of ground source and air source heat pumps as well as MVHR, heat exchangers, manifolds, pipes and fittings is not essential as full training will be provided
