We are looking for a Retail Manager to join our high performing sales team at MINI Hungerford.

Your responsibilities will include adding value to the company's key performance indicators such customer retention, Finance and Insurance income. You will oversee the team's compliance aligning with the Sales Manager to drive the sales process, whilst increasing profitability. You will measure and monitor performance with accurate logging and report to Senior Management.

- £25,000 Basic Salary with £55,000 OTE
- A generous holiday allowance (25 days holiday plus 8 days Bank Holiday)
