BMW Service Advisor - Expiring soon!

Our BMW Dealership in Bath are looking to appoint an accomplished and enthusiastic Service Advisor.

If you are someone who embraces the values of both the BMW brand and Dick Lovett Group, whilst being able to prioritise and manage your own workload, this could be the opportunity for you.
The successful candidate will use their excellent customer service skills to deal with all of our Customer's requirements for servicing and repairs in an efficient and courteous manner. Duties will include (but are not limited to) booking services, completing repair orders, communicating any required repairs to our customers and working collaboratively with the Workshop Team to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales.

Essential Skills
Experience in or currently working in a Service Advisor role within a franchised dealership is essential, as is knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (CDK/Kerridge preferable). Familiarity of warranty procedures would also be advantageous but not essential.
