Our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Melksham is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join our fantastic team.
If you are somone who is ready to step into this role with confidence and support the Service Manager, we would like to hear from you. Our successful candidate will be an experienced Service Advisor who is looking for an opportunity to progress to a Deputy Service Manager. This role will not only give you that opportunity, but the support, training and tools you need to develop your skills.
Alongside assisting the Service Manager, you will use your excellent customer service skills to deal with all of our Customer's requirements for servicing and repairs in an efficient and courteous manner. Duties will include (but are not limited to) booking services, completing repair orders, maintaining regular customer contact to update/book and up-sell on future work, liaising with our approved manufacturers to authorise warranty repairs, and working collaboratively with the Workshop Team to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales.

Essential Skills
The right person will have a proven track record as an Automotive Service Advisor and be practiced in delivering excellent customer service. We need someone who can demonstrate clear communication skills, along with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills and has knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems. The desire to progress is also key for this role as we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
