- Achieve daily throughput and production targets
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Maintain equipment safely and correctly throughout the working day
- Support efficient production processes while minimising waste
- Previous commercial experience preparing white fish products
- Strong knife handling skills and knowledge of yield optimisation
- Experience working within food production or processing environments
- Understanding of food hygiene and quality standards
- Previous exposure to productivity-based or piece-rate working environments would be advantageous
