Administrator / Sales Order Processor – Temp to Perm

🕒 Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator / Sales Order Processor to join a friendly, small team based in Nelson. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

  • Processing sales orders via Sage Line 50
  • Inputting invoices onto the system
  • Taking customer orders by phone and email
  • Processing and managing orders accurately
  • General administration and filing duties
  • Working within a paper-based filing system

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience using Sage Line 50 is essential
    (Applications without Sage Line 50 experience will not be considered.)
  • Strong administration and order processing experience
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Organised and accurate with attention to detail

This is a fully office-based role within a welcoming company where the offices and warehouse are all located within one building.
