Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator
Job Description
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator role is important to us and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.
You will work in our central Marketing Communications team to help build audiences (automated from Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud) and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
You will be responsible for analysing data to track campaign performance and recommending improvements, so familiarity with data and Salesforce products is essential.
Our work with Marketing Cloud is at a mature stage, but there is still plenty more to come. In this role, you'll have a a big opportunity to make a real impact and help shape our marketing efforts.
In-person collaboration is very important to us. This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday from our Radius Campus head office in Crewe, Cheshire.
The onsite facilities are excellent, including gym, changing rooms, café, barista bar, and multiple breakout areas.
What you'll be doing…
Design, develop, and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Work closely with data science and Salesforce CRM teams to connect and build audiences.
Collaborate with other team members, including the design and communication teams.
What we're looking for...
Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience in creating and managing Data Extensions in Email Studio
Experience in creating user journeys in Journey Builder (end-to-end configuration)
Experience in Content Builder - end-to-end creation of a new email message with Content Blocks
Experience in creating basic T-SQL queries for audience selection, with a good understanding of the CRM database
Comfortable with basic editing of HTML and CSS
