Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: 40 hours per week, alternate weekends
Salary: Dependent on experience

What you'll be doing:
As Gardening Department Manager, you'll take full commercial and operational responsibility for the gardening sundries department.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing your team to deliver excellent service and results
  • Maintaining high standards in merchandising, stock presentation, and promotional execution
  • Managing stock levels, seasonal planning, and retail standard
  • Delivering sales targets and KPIs through effective retail execution
  • Providing expert product advice to customers and setting high service standards
  • Supporting the wider management team with day-to-day centre operations

  • Proven retail management experience, ideally within a garden centre or DIY environment
