A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the EMEA payroll function within a world leading brand. My client is looking for a payroll administrator to join their payroll function
Join one of the UK's most exciting retail brands on a 12-month journey as we continue to grow and innovate. We're looking for a detail-driven Payroll Analyst to support the People & Finance teams and ensure our employees are paid accurately and on time, every time.
What You'll Do:
- Process payroll for our UK retail and head office employees in a timely and compliant manner
- Act as the point of contact for payroll queries, working closely with HR and Finance teams
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (HMRC, pensions, etc.)
- Collaborate with external payroll providers and maintain payroll system accuracy
- Support in monthly reporting, reconciliations, and audits
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in a payroll function, ideally within a fast-paced retail or multi-site environment
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory deductions
- Excellent attention to detail and a knack for number
- Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling confidential information with integrity
