This company has a presence in over 30 countries and has several stores in Ireland . We are seeking a customer focused fashion Store Manager in BLANCHARDSTOWN, DUBLIN.

Experience in a one to one service environment is essential, will consider backgrounds in Accessories, Fashion or Beauty.

As a Store Manager, you will deliver an outstanding service to high value guests and be able to consistently achieve sales targets. Store Manager Responsibilities

• Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to ensure high performance and adherence to brand standards

• Performance Feedback: Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth

• Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules based on store traffic and sales targets

• Sales Targets: Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
