What will I be doing?
As Hardy Plant Manager, you'll be responsible for running the Hardy Plant Department, leading and supporting your team in the day-to-day. This includes planning rotas, managing and maintaining stock presentation and health, creating eye-catching displays, and ensuring everything is priced clearly and accurately. You'll also maintain high standards of replenishment and ensure the department is looking its best year-round.
