Talent Acquisition Lead - Hybrid (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead ready to shape senior hiring strategy and lead a team in a business-critical function? Our client, a leading organisation in its sector, is seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Partner Lead to drive high-level recruitment and talent planning initiatives across its Head Office functions.

This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 from home), offering a salary of £50-£55k plus a 15% bonus and the opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team of 3 Talent Partners, delivering a best-in-class recruitment service

Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment for senior-level central function appointments

Conduct detailed job briefings and manage stakeholder relationships across HR and the wider business

Proactively engage dormant and passive talent to build long-term senior pipelines

Ensure an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey

Support interview planning, sit in on interviews and upskill hiring managers

Align talent acquisition with workforce planning, supporting future organisational growth

Collaborate closely with regional directors, HRBPs, and the Head of Talent on strategic hiring needs


Candidate Profile:

Proven experience recruiting for senior or executive-level roles in a fast-paced, commercial environment

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide, coach, and develop a small TA team

Confident in stakeholder management, particularly at senior level

Skilled in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and workforce planning

Track record of delivering excellent candidate experiences

Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
