Our client is a leader in their field and due to continued growth, have an exciting new role. They are seeking a driven and results-oriented Customer Business Manager to manage the Retail Value accounts including Iceland, Poundland, B&M, Savers, TJ Morris and The Range and One Beyond.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be able to demonstrate strong Sales & Account Management within FMCG
• Experience of forecasting with a high level of accuracy
• Develop and implement joint annual business plans with customers in line with the business and brand strategy.
• Ability to leverage point of purchase drivers – Range, Distribution, Price, Space and Promotions to maximise sales & profit.
• Able to analyse market and customer data and create compelling Brand and category stories.
• Strong commercial acumen, high energy and knows how to get the best out of people.
• Embraces and is excited by constant change and being part of a small but highly capable team that is building a branded business together. Must be able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Displays high integrity and always delivers. Thinks laterally about how to create value.
• Experience of managing accounts in this sector is preferable.
• Retail Value accounts include Iceland, Poundland, B&M, Savers, TJ Morris and The Range and One Beyond.
