Assistant Store Manager | London | £48,000 + Benefits

Zachary Daniels is proud to be partnering with a luxury womenswear brand, recruiting for an assistant manager to join their flagship store.

The Role

• You will be is a brand ambassador and will provide inspirational and motivational leadership to inspire confidence in the team and clients.
• Accountable for leading the retail team to deliver commercial and operational objectives in an omni-channel business.
• Accountable for building the flagship store client base, delivering the highest level of customer experience, driving commercial growth and ensuring compliance to all operational policies and procedure.
• The Assistant Flagship Store Manager will work in close partnership with, and deputies for the Store Manager in their absence.
• You will play a key role in developing and delivering the retail strategy with a focus on commercial performance, operations and customer experience.

Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Customer experience - Knowledge in CRM, acting as an ambassador, building a community and long-standing customer relationships.
• People & leadership, lead by example, support in delivering training, supervise teams.
• Commercial - Providing feedback on new opportunities to improve sales
• Operations- act as duty manager in absence of leadership team, maintain BOH standards, Execute VM guideline's
